Tip of the day:  The most powerful work we can do connects our bodies with our brains.  The more we learn to "sit" with ourselves and our internal sense of ourselves, the easier our healing process becomes.

Tip #2:  The turtle ran the race slower than the rabbit; but won the race anyway.  The frogs stuck in the mud paddled to the top at a steady pace and survived to climb out, while the rest of the animals  panicked and drowned.   Find Your Pace.
